Our construction division can take on medium scale construction to the expected high standard. We further provide paving, plumbing, drainage and fencing works. This is supported by our team of experienced personnel in all these fields with an aggregated work experience spanning decades.
Our experience in this field is vast. Our team leader in this unit is a holder is a holder of a BSc Degree (Civil Engineering) and an MSc Degree (Construction Management). We have the necessary registrations with the NCC and the EIZ to conduct civil and construction works of varying degree. Some of the experience we bring to our clients, accumulated over decades in the execution, administration and management of building and civil engineering works includes the following;
- Housing Construction, Maintenance and Rehabilitation works in the mining sector and quasi–Government Institutions in all aspects of housing infrastructural services – water and sewer reticulation facilities, service roads and drainage provisions, design and construction of housing units ranging from detached, semi-detached, and high-rise housing complexes
- Construction, maintenance and supervision engagements on bituminous and gravel roads including associated works (storm drains, culverts and bridges)
- Construction of earth fill dam structures and concrete spillways in the mining industry
- Approvals and Certifications on building and civil construction works on behalf of private and public clients on projects undertaken by Main/Sub Contractors contracted by the Client.
